Beginner Jiu-Jitsu classes structure

After a brief warm up, the class then goes into specific positional training. Step by step instruction is given so each individual can perform and become proficient in the position being taught. Each class ends with controlled drilling of the moves to help develop muscle memory making the positions second nature.

Throughout your time in a lesson we are always welcome to being asked questions about Jiu-jitsu so do not feel as if your questions will go unanswered.

The beginners program follows a timetable so that each lesson you will learn a new technique and positions.

Once the beginners program is over, it restarts from day one and goes over all the techniques again. So no matter when you join you will always be taught all the moves and techniques we follow all the rules from the IBJJF and we follow their health and safety policies.
